Anjali Gulati - MS, AACC, ACC
Hello! I'm glad you're here!

My passion for helping others, especially those with neurodiverse needs, stems from both personal experience and extensive training. Having navigated the complexities of ADHD and Executive Dysfunction, I understand firsthand the multifaceted challenges these conditions can pose in areas such as academics, career pursuits, relationships, and daily living.

My journey began when my son was diagnosed with ADHD at young age. As I researched and advocated for him, I began to recognize parallels between his struggles and my own experiences with school, social interactions, and emotional regulation. It became clear to me later in life when I received my own ADHD diagnosis—everything fell into place. This revelation ignited a deep desire within me to support others facing similar hurdles, leading me to become an ADHD and Executive Function Coach.

I take pride in offering a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual I work with. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free environment where clients can explore their strengths, boost their self-awareness, and develop effective strategies to thrive. Together, we can work towards fulfilling your goals and unlocking your full potential. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you!
