Hello! I'm glad you're here!
Helping people has always been a passion of mine, especially when it comes to those with neurodiverse needs. Personal experiences and extensive training have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that come with ADHD and Executive Dysfunction behaviors, and how they can affect different areas of life, such as academics, career, relationships, and daily living.

My son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 7. While researching and advocating for him, I started to notice parallels between his struggles with school, social relations and emotional regulation, and my own challenges throughout life. Finally later in life, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and it finally all made sense! I became inspired help others with similar challenges and thus embarked on my journey as an ADHD and Executive Function Coach.
I provide a holistic approach that is customized to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgment environment where clients can explore their strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies to become the best version of themselves.

I look forward to helping you to fulfill your goals!
