Anjali Gulati - MS, AACC

Anjali has a passion for helping people succeed, especially those with neurodiverse needs. Through her own experiences and extensive training, she knows firsthand the disruptive behaviors and the challenges of daily ADHD living.

 

Her son who was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 7. While researching and advocating for her son, she started to notice parallels between her son’s struggles with school, social relations and emotional regulation, and her own struggles throughout life. Finally later in life, Anjali was diagnosed with ADHD herself, and it finally all made sense! She became inspired help others with ADHD and ADHD-like qualities and thus embarked on her journey as an ADHD and Executive Function Coach.

Anjali's approach is holistic and tailored to each client's unique needs. The focus is on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their strengths, set goals, develop strategies, and enhance their self-awareness. 

 

She brings to coaching a passion and desire to give others the chance to transform into the best version of themselves. She leverages her knowledge and training to educate, motivate and inspire clients to make better decisions and focus on their personal, career, educational or social goals. She is compassionate, caring and dedicated to providing clients a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to learn, grow and transform.
